The colourful event, which included a symposium and a book launch, attracted dignitaries from all parts of the country including the Esama of Benin and Honorary Romanian Consul to Edo and Delta States, His Excellency Sir Chief Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion and Former President of Nigeria Olusegun Obasanjo.
